Experience
Ms. Miller concentrates her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, insolvency and restructuring. She represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and related transactions, commercial litigation, and out-of-court work-outs. She also represents debtors and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and buyers and sellers of assets and real property.
Professional Activities
Ms. Miller is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Ms. Miller is a former Vice Chair of the Education Committee of the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference. Ms. Miller served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Program, a pro bono organization.

Ms. Miller is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to appear before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Miller is a 1989 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a major in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
