Andrew Park represents major financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in the areas of complex commercial litigation, banking law, and corporate restructuring and insolvency. Mr. Park regularly counsels his clients in contract disputes, shareholder disputes, business torts, and retail banking litigation. Mr. Park also has experience in commercial loan workouts and distressed real estate transactions.
A Philadelphia native, Mr. Park earned his law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2014. During law school, Mr. Park served as vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society and received the “Best Brief Award” in the annual Samuel Polsky Moot Court Competition. During his third year of law school, Mr. Park interned with the Honorable Kevin J. Carey in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Mr. Park is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania.
