Ms. Golub concentrates her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and commercial reorganization with a focus on workout and transactional matters. She regularly represents major financial institutions and private companies in the financial services industry. Ms Golub has also represented trustees, creditors’ committees and debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings.
She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference where she holds a seat on the Steering Committee. Ms. Golub has lectured on selected topics regarding bankruptcy for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Bankruptcy Conference, and has co-authored a primer on the Chapter 11 reorganization process. She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.”
Ms. Golub is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Northern Districts of New York, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Golub is a 1986 graduate of the Temple University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from S.U.N.Y. at Albany, magna cum laude, where she was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Master’s Degree from Hahnemann Medical School.
