Experience
Carolyn engages in the practice of complex individual commercial litigation as well as class actions. Carolyn has been involved with several cases tried to verdict, including class actions for breach of fiduciary duty, consumer fraud and toxic exposure. She has also litigated cases involving sophisticated contract and consumer fraud issues as well as professional malpractice.

Carolyn is a member of the Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

Carolyn has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey since 1987.

Born in Philadelphia, Carolyn graduated from Syracuse University in 1984 with a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations. Carolyn graduated from Temple University School of Law with a J.D. in 1987.
