Mr. Rybeck concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, criminal defense, and land use. Mr. Rybeck represents corporations, partnerships, public entities and individuals in various settings including municipal, state, and federal court litigation.
Prior to joining Weir & Partners, Mr. Rybeck was an associate with a Gloucester County, New Jersey based law firm practicing in general civil litigation. After graduating from law school, Mr. Rybeck was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Stephen M. Holden in the Superior Court of New Jersey in 2007-2008.
Mr. Rybeck is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Education
Mr. Rybeck earned his law degree from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2007. He is also a 2003 graduate of Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
