Daniel RybeckMr. Rybeck concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, criminal defense and land use. Mr. Rybeck represents corporations, partnerships, public entities and individuals in various settings including municipal, state and federal court litigation.  He is also an approved attorney for the New Jersey State Police Benevolent Association

Prior to joining Weir & Partners, Mr. Rybeck was an associate with a Gloucester County, New Jersey based law firm practicing general civil litigation. After graduating from law school, Mr. Rybeck was a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen M. Holden in the Superior Court of New Jersey in 2007-2008.
