Emily won the Temple University Institute for International Law and Public Policy Graduation Writing Award. Her article, To Enforce or Not to Enforce: The UBS John Doe Summons and a Framework for Policing U.S. Tax Fraud Amid Conflicting International Laws and Banking Secrecy was published by Temple Law Review.
Emily graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business with a Bachelors of Science in Management.
Experience
Before beginning at Weir & Partners, Emily served as a judicial intern in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and interned for the City of Philadelphia Law Department in the Claims Litigation Unit.
