Mr. Cianciulli focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, commercial reorganization, corporate work-outs and restructurings. Among other clients, Mr. Cianciulli regularly represents major lending and financial institutions in the handling of complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Cianciulli’s practice routinely includes matters involving the interpretation and application of the Uniform Commercial Code, including matters involving check fraud, forged endorsements and negotiable instruments.
Mr. Cianciulli also regularly represents trustees in complex corporate Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases in Delaware as well as Chapter 7 and 11 debtors, both corporate and individual, in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
Mr. Cianciulli has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on selected topics regarding the law of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and is a member of the approved list of mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Cianciulli was recognized in 2008 as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer Rising Star”.
Mr. Cianciulli is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and is also admitted to appear before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Cianciulli obtained his law degree from the Tulane University School of Law in 1998 and is a 1995 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
