Experience
Ms. Hiller Nimeroff concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She represents financial institutions, secured lenders and other business entities in substantial bankruptcy matters, and she represents Trustees in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Also, Ms. Hiller Nimeroff represents individuals and business entities in a wide variety of matters including business and commercial disputes, construction disputes, and environmental and insurance claims. Ms. Hiller Nimeroff practices in a variety of settings including state and federal courts, and arbitration forums.

Ms. Hiller Nimeroff is a member of the Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations.

Ms. Hiller Nimeroff is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
