Experience
As head of the Corporate Practice, Mr. Solomon manages complex commercial transactions, asset and business acquisitions and sales, loan documentation and negotiation, commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings and distressed acquisitions throughout the world. As a trusted legal and business advisor, Mr. Solomon acts as outside general counsel to a number of local, national and international companies. In that role, Mr. Solomon helps his clients analyze and assess critical business issues and achieve strategic business goals. Mr. Solomon also helps spearhead funding initiatives for companies in need of financing.
Professional Activities
Mr. Solomon is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, the Federation of Credit and Financial Professionals and the National Association of Credit Managers.

Mr. Solomon is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
Education
Mr. Solomon graduated from Boston University, cum laude, in 1991. He also earned his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1996. While at Dickinson, Mr. Solomon served as an editor of the Dickinson Journal of International Law, and was captain of the Dickinson Trial Team.
