EastlackJohn C. Eastlack joined Weir & Partners in 2010, focusing on criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Eastlack represents criminal defendants in both white collar and street crime in state and federal courts. His civil litigation ranges broadly from employment discrimination, wrongful termination cases to civil rights, excessive force and personal injury claims. He is also experienced in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, municipal and municipal land use law, practice before the Office of Administrative Law, representation of law enforcement officers in a variety of proceedings and the representation of professionals before professional licensure boards.

Mr. Eastlack is an accomplished attorney who has served in several leadership roles for both the New Jersey Bar Association and the Gloucester County Bar Association.  He is a criminal and civil trial attorney certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 1995. He also has lectured for various continuing legal education providers in the practice areas of criminal law, evidence, and general litigation practice.

Mr. Eastlack is the author of chapters in criminal law texts including, Lexis-Nexis New Jersey Court Rules Annotated, Part III, 2008 and 2009 Ed.; Lexis-Nexis New Jersey Criminal Procedure Practice Guide, 2011 (Plea Bargaining).
