Mr. Eastlack joined Weir & Partners, in their New Jersey office, in 2010. Mr. Eastlack concentrates his practice on criminal defense of both white collar and street crime in both the State and Federal Courts. Mr. Eastlack also has an extensive litigation practice in the areas of employment litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, municipal and municipal land use law, practice before the Office of Administrative Law, representation of law enforcement officers in a variety of proceedings, and the representation of professionals before professional licensure boards.

Mr. Eastlack has been a longstanding member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and served as a Trustee of the Association from 2000 to 2006. He has also been a longstanding member of the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar, serving as Section Chairman (2005-2006). He has also served as a member of the Legislative Committee (2003-present); a member of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee (2008-2010) and South Jersey Vice Chairman of the Committee (2009-2010); and a member and Vice Chair of the Judicial Administration Committee (2008-present).

Mr. Eastlack is also a longstanding member of the Gloucester County Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association. He was elected President of the Gloucester County Bar Association (1997-1998), and the Gloucester County Bar Foundation (1998-1999).

Mr. Eastlack has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal and Civil Trial Attorney since 1995.

Mr. Eastlack has also been asked to serve on a number of Supreme Court Committees, including the Criminal Practice Committee, the Judicial Performance Committee, the Peremptory Challenge and Jury Voir Dire Committee, and the Committee on Electronic Filing.

Mr. Eastlack has represented numerous municipal entities as Solicitor: Borough of Newfield (2003-present); Borough of Glassboro Planning Board (1998-present); Gloucester County Hearing Officer (2010-present); South Harrison Township (2007-2009); Gloucester County Construction Board of Appeals (2008-2009); Washington Township Planning Board (1994-2000); Township of Elk Planning Board (1996-1998).

Mr. Eastlack has also authored chapters of Criminal Law texts, Lexis-Nexis New Jersey Court Rules Annotated, Part III, 2008 and 2009 Ed.; Lexis-Nexis New Jersey Criminal Procedure Practice Guide, 2011 (Plea Bargaining).

Mr. Eastlack has lectured for various continuing legal education providers in the practice areas of criminal law, evidence, and general litigation practice.
