Experience
Melissa Bozeman concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, lender liability, construction dispute litigation, as well as general civil litigation. She represents corporations, individuals, and financial institutions in a wide variety of matters in municipal, state, and federal venues. Ms. Bozeman has been selected for inclusion in Philadelphia’s Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition 2010, an honor awarded only to the top 2 ½ % of young lawyers in Pennsylvania, as published in Philadelphia Magazine.

Melissa Bozeman is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Education
She graduated with a B.A. of English from Villanova University in 2001 and is a 2005 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. During her first year of law school, Melissa Bozeman was awarded “Best Memorandum 2002.” She also acted as Treasurer, and later Vice-President, of Villanova Law School’s “Law Students in Action,” a community service club.
