Experience
Mr. McDonald concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, litigation and banking law. He represents secured and unsecured creditors in commercial litigation and out-of-court work-outs. Additionally, he also practices in the areas of Intellectual Property and Tort Liability, representing both individuals and companies.

Mr. McDonald is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.

Mr. McDonald is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Education
Mr. McDonald is a 2006 graduate of the Tulane University School of Law. He also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts concentrating in American History.
