Partner Brett A. Datto files lawsuit on behalf of Promoter of Maxim Magazine against Indianapolis Motor Speedway (“IMS”) claiming post-race party was a bust.

The company alleges IMS failed to send a dedicated promotional email to the large track database, “collectively greater than the 425,000 people”, to support ticket sales for a post-Indy 500 party.”
